Amanda Bell is the Owner and Operator of Pets Play While You're Away

In 2007, Pets Play While You're Away was born in Calgary, AB. Since then I have been developing a pet service that gives pet parents peace of mind and pets the love and affection they deserve in your absence.

From a young age I have had a passion for dogs and cats. Growing up in Calgary, AB, we always had a dog in my family home. As I grew older I knew I wanted a career working with animals. In 2006 I enrolled in the Veterinary Office Assist Program, learning a lot of the techniques that help with pet sitting: handling and restraint, emergency management, medical treatments and pet nutrition.

I work hard to make sure your pet stays healthy, gets sufficient exercise, and affection while they are in my care. All visits are personalized and tailored to your pets needs. With my experience I am confident in giving medications including; insulin injections, oral pills, ear/eye drops.
